On the prodigy math game fan ideas wiki, we have a page called Mysteral.
Well, a few days later, on the drawing masters wiki, there was the exact same thing.

Do you know how CC-BY-SA works?
How are those pages exactly the same? They look entirely different to me.
I know but the idea is the same. IDK Well I'm just gonna credit our wiki for the page idea.
Don't call it a CC-BY-SA violation, if it isn't. BTW... CC-BY-SA would actually allow them to make an exact copy of your page if they otherwise give credit. Also, FANDOM staff almost never enforces licenses.
Your post would have been better if you asked if there was a problem rather than asserting something false.
First off, you are going to get in trouble for messing with the attributions on a different wiki. Second, it was the same user that created both pages. So if you want to get technical about copyright, they hold the copyright to the idea and are free to post it on any wiki that will let them. Lastly, the content wasn't copied, I took a quick look through the pages' histories and at no point do they contain the same content.
Since this thread had been answered, and most incoming replies are just either to create drama or arguments, this will be locked. If you really think this is a license violation, you can use https://fandom.zendesk.com to report it to staff, but as per previous replies, using a wiki as a "source" like this is not immediately CC-BY-SA. It would also allow information to be used without asking, as long as copied or derivative information is attributed.
