Turn on your device's dark mode
The app dark mode is separate I am pretty sure unless it is set on automatic. You can go on app settings and change dark mode settings to never. But honestly what is wrong with dark mode? It takes up less battery and it causes less strain on the eyes.
There is FANSUN which is a dark theme for some wikis. You can enable if you go to your Preferences on such a wiki and go to the Gadgets tab. For some reason the gadgets tab seems to be broken here on Community Central ( @Mendes2 ? ), but you can do it on dev wiki: https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets
Or you can directly import it by following the instructions here: https://dev.fandom.com/wiki/FANSUN
FANSUN is not a platform-wide gadget. There are only a few where the admins have added it as an option, but you could always try adding it to your own personal JS.
The Gadgets tab isn't broken here, there's just no longer any gadgets that y'all can install. (the ones that are there are right restricted)
To summarize, Fandom does not offer a built-in skin change feature. Some wikis add it using custom code and there are some scripts posted on the dev wiki. However, since each wiki has its own color scheme, a fixed dark skin may not work well for all wikis or even on the intended wiki. That is probably why Fandom hasn't created a dark skin. That said, each wiki can choose its own color scheme including dark colors. In fact, one of the largest issues with UCP is that it doesn't always adjust to the custom color theme of wikis well.
Omg i am happy the admins replied
What do you think?
