I cannot edit my CSS and JS pages even though I'm the founder. Can someone help me? My wiki is pretty dull without CSS and JS.
Yep it looks like you have the rights. Can't you edit this page ? If so, contact Fandom staff so they fix it for you, and if you want you can also request enabling custom JS at the same time
To clarify, admins should have the necessary permissions to edit JS. However, custom JS is not enabled on wikis by default.

Yes. That site is sometimes criticized for its inaccuracies but, in my opinion, it is one of the best sites for users who are completely new to CSS.
But sure a whole lot of self learning if you do not want to use the courses
I just copy and paste, and then change it
