Do we have to create an article in order to find it in the search bar?

Yes you'll have to create an article. The internal wiki search bar displays all existing pages in the wiki. So unless you create (or someone create) an article with that name, the wiki search bar couldn't find a page with that name.

Also, a reply to your OP is to click the "add" button on the top right to create a new page.
