You need some time for the pages to show up there, it is called caching, and you'll need to wait for the system to dump the cache

Okay,, Thanks,, I was hoping that's all it was,, but how long does it take? My new pages still don't show in the main Category page after 10 hours.

Some caches get refreshed every 24 hours. It is possible that other take even longer but I have no confirmation of that.
