Hey there - firstly to answer your question, I don't believe there is a way to directly change TabView colors. Could be wrong, but iirc all buttons are set to be a specific color on a wiki's theme, and that includes Tabview buttons.

With that being said, you may not be aware, but TabView is unfortunately being retired on all wikis soon, and won't work after that point. So it won't really matter anyway.

Actually, that wiki is already on UCP. I forget who told me but someone else mentioned that Fandom allowed some wikis to keep it for the time being because it was heavily used and they didn't think the communities would be able to handle the change. It is not clear if/when they will finally pull the plug but this is supposedly temporary just to give the wikis more time to convert TabView into Tabber or something else.

That said, the only way to change the colors of the tabs is using wiki/personal CSS. Personal CSS will not be seen by other users and wiki CSS requires that you be an admin on the wiki.

It's possible to change the TabView colors, but it can be done only with site CSS. Which means you'd have to ask administrators to see if they're willing to change the styling of the tabs on your profile, since only they can edit the site CSS. However, like Garfield said, TabView will be gone for good eventually so it'd be quite futile to do that.

Instead, you can add links in place of the TabView and make them look similar to TabView. 🙂

As CrazyForMyself said, you can create something that looks like TabView instead.

I've done exactly that on my wiki as can be seen here, where there are a series of tabs that link to other tribes' pages.
