Than-Gee-Door for your second question, I can't see any reason you will need an interface admin permission, but the MassCategorization script has "Unknown" as it's UCP-compatability status.

So yes i didn't really check it carefully but it seems masscategorization probably incompatible with UCP so thats that (just recently recheck it to found that 'unknown' status)

For the interface-admin right, i just want that every js i import would be applied sitewide since so far im the only one around, even if there are new user it will be easier to manage it by restriction to specific user group from common.js

For the multiupload js i tried it and it work, but again only in personal use as to apply it sitewide require the aforementioned right

I don't think so. I think it would be better to just place the imports in your personal JS. You never know when a vandal will come along and it is best for them to not have access to those scripts. Either way, you should already have interface admin status as an admin on the wiki. What might be the issue is that you might need to have custom JS enabled on your wiki. By default, the wiki's custom JS is not enabled on wikis. To have it enabled, you will need to contact staff.

Well it all begin with this msupload alternative that ucp give as substitute for multipleupload, and in my case it didnt suffice.

But it appear i shouldnt apply multiupload js sitewide because of tos thing so its clear for now

As for custom js and the interface admin right, i will look into it again if needs arise. It eclipse my attention that in preference only had toggle for personal js (initially thought that option to be custom js).

The feature that let you to batch upload in ucp to substitute the special:multipleupload. It can be accessed by editing category page and defaulted the uploaded file to be included in that category. Something that i dont do usually (categorizing the file i upload).

Can't you just use it on a regular page instead of the category page?

The page says "If you use MsUpload while editing a category page", not that you must use a category page. I think you should be able to use it on a regular page and then the images won't get added to the category. Thanks for the link though. I didn't realize that is what the feature was called nor that doing it on a category page had that effect.

I just did some testing. Although the help page says (for now; I'll update the page) it is in source editor, it is actually in all 3 editors. As I said before, I just didn't know it by name. If you do use it on a category page, there should be a checkbox you can un-check to prevent the images from getting added to the category.
