</p><p>I want to make a template where I can input an item into each of the frames in the image linked above. It's fine if the input image is just overlapping the background image. However, I am uncertain about how to position it over the background image.
</p><p>Additionally, would it be possible to have a tooltip appear upon hovering over each frame?

I assume that combining it with Tooltips should also do the work for having tooltips for each frame.
