Perhaps some of you have noticed the new "Watchlist" entry in the user dropdown menu of the global navigation bar. If you are like me, you are probably wondering what it is. Well, it is just a link to Bingebot. I am not sure how long Bingebot has been around but the help page was created September 1, 2020; so I assume this is a relatively new feature. If anyone knows otherwise, please say so.

Don't know anything about it. Personally, Bingebot is not something I would use.

the watchlist a part of base MediaWiki software and allows you to "watch" (or "follow") pages on a wiki. Bingebot is in no way related to wikis or watchlists

Actually, that brings up a point was I thinking of mentioning. What you said is true. That being the case, isn't it confusing to call it "Watchlist" in the user menu?

Now, I'm confused. I have a Follow button and get notifications. I'm still on a Legacy wiki. Is Bingebot supposed to replace this on the UCP platform?
