How do you think this can be replicated, I only know how to change these across all pages, dont know how one could change them in a page itself.

That's the hover effect for this ^^^^ Make sure you have this included first.
I would just copy the whole CSS as it is, and slowly edit the images, and color to your fitting.
You can upload that CSS to your FANDOM, and paste the JavaScript code in Google's console to run it and see it in action. You'll get it eventually. Everything is here for it to work.
Cant paste, and when I made that I wasnt in the mood to rewrite the whole thing. But I can do it today, just typing large amounts is annoying on the phone.
I am using dextop mode, so there are t any issues there. Its just touchscreen being more tiring to use for longer pecies of text.
Alternative to the option above, the FANDOM has a class on the body tag that already lets you do what you're intend. If you use inspect mode, there will probably be something like class = "[...] page-[PageName] [...]" on <body>, and you can use it in CSS with something like this:
