Your account is less than 1 month old. I highly doubt they would add you as a VSTF member. If you want to know what they look for in a user, see this page.
Please note that you cannot self-nominate. You must be nominated by a current VSTF member, staff, or a user that belongs to some other group that they would consider a credible reference. Even if you are a good candidate, they will likely extend an invitation only when additional members are needed.
Furthermore, you need to be better than just active, editing, and "good with wikitext". You need to be trustworthy, know how to handle private information, be able to make unbiased judgment calls in disputes between other users, etc.
I'm sure being proficient with the english language is a requirement as well, even if its an unspoken one.
For almost any global role, it's not just about the qualities and characteristics you think you have, because everyone can say that they are perfect. It's about that you have proven your worth over an extended period of time, such as a few years (not a few days and only 1 edit). You would also need to have proven that you are able to work with anyone, as Andrew already hinted at before. Most global roles also prefer that someone is over 18 years old, and able to take care of responsibilities they are assigned.
What do you think?
