Well, that was just a guess I was making. I don't know if that was actually the problem. However, if it is, the fix is rather simple. The extension offers 3 shape types: poly, rect, circle. In each case, the formatting is similar:
shape number_1 number_2 ... number_n link
For example
poly 97 374 201 371 209 508 167 503 90 508 88 468 [[User:Leftunknown|Leftunknown]]
If the issue is scaling, all you have to do is multiple all of the numbers by some constant value. For example, if you image suddenly became half its current size:
poly 49 187 101 186 105 254 84 252 45 254 44 234 [[User:Leftunknown|Leftunknown]]
Note how each number is half (approximately) of the corresponding number in the larger version.
