<p>Based on the large number of comments I have seen on this issue, it seems the octet-stream problem occurs with specific combinations of download link, browser, browser version, and OS. It isn't really helpful to just say, "It is happening for me." or "It isn't happening for me.".

<p>On mobile Google Chrome. When I try to download it, I can download it as a png, but the filename ends with .octet-stream.png. However, the issue is when I try not to download, in which case it downloads the octet-stream file.
