You can report it to Special:Contact/general. Usually, they just let it play out.
Not sure I understand the logic presented there; but to each their own.
I believe Fandom wikis are licensed under a creative commons license. That means they copy the entire wiki over to a new host as long as the link to the original (i.e. cite the source).
So they are free to fork the wiki. They are even free to mark the wiki as deprecated. What I not sure they are allowed to do is delete their content off of Fandom but they aren't even talking about that.
And so far it is two maybe three users out of over thirty users that have edited in the last week.
