<p>My understanding is that the move script copies the resulting HTML. So you won't be able to edit converted Forum posts. At least, not in the same way as when the posts were created. </p>

<p>Until Discussions get closer to feature parity with Forum, many people will not "get over it". </p>

<p>the only thing im angry about is that discussions cant use code like <span style="text-shadow: 0px 0px 40px 10px yellow">span or div</span> or links </p>

Links do work in Discussions... just not via markup.
