You’re not the first to create an alternative to Wikipedia because its biases did not match their own biases. Few have succeeded, fewer are taken seriously.

I'm not looking to create a biased Wikipedia. Wikipedia is already biased. I'm looking to create an objective encyclopedia.
Wikipedia was caught conspiring to remove any mention of Sarah Jeong's racist tweets from her article and banned editors who did so. They've banned editors because administrators think they own articles and try to remove factual reliably sourced information that conflicts with their opinions or biases because they think they own the articles. It's not free speech friendly.
I'm not suggesting Wikipedia is censoring anyone bevause they are not a government. But they are not objective and should not be taken seriously or as an educational tool, since they're not.
Pendium is not some crank website. People will take it seriously. They will join. And it will overtake Wikipedia in popularity and use as a resource, because it is not restricted or biased and will only adhere to reliably sourced facts.
Also, I'm not talking about making some new editors administrators. I mean, work a bit, gain trust, and then get the step up. I'm trying to build a community to reach my goal of burying Wikipedia, since Wikipedia is such an awful site when it comes to its troll administrators treating legitimate editors like garbage.
