<p>Hello, I'm a bureaucrat of a wikia come here to ask something regarding the admin's power. When I removed "administrator" from my user right, I constantly lost my ability to admin even though my bureucrat title stay. Isn't this kinda strange? So I have to use both bureaucrat and admin title to use my power as a staff to the fullest.

<p>No, that isn't strange, that's how Wikia (and MediaWiki in general) have been set up for years. Bureaucrat group does not give any other rights except to give/take other user groups and unblock themselves, per Special:ListGroupRights#bureaucrat. It is a common mistake people make because they think bureaucrat is a "head" of a wiki and administrator is "lower" than bureaucrat.
