I need help with an annoying infobox

I am trying to make the coat of arms and flag smaller and be beside each other like in Wikipedia. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdom) but I don't know how to and when I try something it doesn't work.

I edited the infobox, is that what you were looking for?

I also cleaned up the template code so everything is more organized.
