Sounds like a perfect suggestion for the Portability Development and Suggestions board at Infobox (soon to be Portability) wiki!

Does anyone know how to change the layout color of the portable infoboxes individually, or they must all have the same color? As I cannot find a solution for this.

I want to add this fuction in my infobox as you can see it in Fairy Tail Wiki:Character Template (Chapter). This template detect new chapter automatically if the new chapter page is created. I really really want to use if else function to take my template to new varsity.

So I wasn't extremely good at templates before I started trying to convert the ones at Robotech Saga Wiki, but I seemed to have converted one box pretty flawlessly... Except for the life of my I can't figure out how to change the colour of the darned thing. It's this ugly shade of green, like really ugly, and I can't figure out how to make it red like I want to, because whenever I try to test some stuff from the older templates the system goes all BIG RED ERROR BOX on me. Checked all the help links that wikia would throw at me but none of them gave me an answer, one even did the jerk move of telling me how to change the background colour for one section of text but not the whole thing. Anyone got some pointers?

You could ask at Mentor Plaza on the Portability wiki, but there might be a better place.

Would anyone on this thread be interested in being volunteer Mentors for helping out with Portability transition over at Content Portability Wikia? We're trying to get that task force off the ground, but it'd be nice to have some interested parties.

Also, if anyone wants help in preparing or converting their infoboxes to be Portable, we now have a queue for getting consultants and guides to fix you up. I'm sure we can help with some other people's conversions from using Verbatim, too, since it relates to making things more Portable and secure. Put in requests for your wikias at Mentoring Requests and we'll do our best to get you squared away!

I am happy to report that it appears the link bug that I noted above has been fixed. This demo page is now displaying links in the table inside the tabber at the bottom of the infobox.
