<p>When fluid layout arrives on your Wikia community, there will be some changes to the underlying structure of the site design. For communities that have only done customizations through Theme Designer, nothing will have to be changed when fluid layout is released.
</p><p>CSS class changes have been minimal during the shift to fluid layout, but admins who have heavily customized CSS on their communities may need to make some minor adjustments. The great thing about the Wikia community is that we've got lots of knowdledgable users who are willing to help others! So I'd like to invite any "CSS experts" that have already worked with fluid layout to offer tips, suggestions and examples on this thread.
</p><p>Also note that the Special:CSS feature will be enabled along with fluid layout. The updated editing interface is what you'll see when editing the Wikia.css file. As always, when considering design changes to your community, remember to refer to Wikia's customization policy and to contact staff if you have any questions about what's permitted.

<p>Hey i and others on a wikia have been having problems. -_-
</p><p>Ever since this "fluid layout" came to this wikia, then i havent been able to "edit properly", like i cant "paste" words/things or pictures and create "links" on pages.
</p><p>And now the "Visual Mode" does not appear on the wikia at all and some can only edit in "Source mode". :(
</p><p>So could anyone of you guys please tell me what is going on or at last try to help us by fixing this problem??

<p>It looks like you enabled the new VisualEditor and were noticing some of the differences. This is a separate feature from fluid layout. Help:VisualEditor may answer some of your questions. Please post a new thread, or write in to Special:Contact, if you need more help with this feature! </p>

<p>Well I did go to "Special:Contact", but we havent got any help yet and we have waited a long time for them to help us.
</p><p>I wish someone could go to that wikia and just fix everything.

<p>Bleck11's issue is related specifically to Internet Explorer 11.
</p><p>The new VisualEditor is not yet supported in Internet Explorer (any version), as noted on Help:VisualEditor.
</p><p>The standard/classic editor's "visual" mode has some new bugs in Internet Explorer 11 specifically, and (effective this week) we have disabled visual mode in IE11 for the time being. So IE11 users will only see source editing available, in all cases.
