Hello wikian, is there a display timer for another time zone, like UTC+8, UTC-9,... rather than UTC Z. Could you show me the code?
And, could I change the month's name to another language? How. Please help.

You can use the magic word:
{{LOCALTIME}}
Which results 14:41. Though i'm not sure the second one. Perhaps it can be done by creating a template that contains something like this:
{{#switch:{{{1}}} |en= |ar= |es= |fr= |pt= |de= |he= }}
And for each one to include a {{#switch:}} function for the current month to include a matching name in the selected language like here. Though it is time consuming if you want to do it for many languages.
{{LOCALTIME}} won't work, I just want an exact time like UTC+8, while {{LOCALTIME}} can't do that, and I would like to see a displaytimer.js (javascript) for another time zone, rather than a template.
This should work for you, for UTC+08:00:
{{#time:G|+8 hours}}:{{#time:m}}
Which results 22:10
