When I try to create a wiki, and press the "next" button, nothing happens, does anyone know why? Is it a bug or what? Please help!

Try having someone else create the wiki for you and make you bureaucrat. I've found that works a few times (if you check out my wikis, you can see I've done this a few times for people).
