You can turn it on or off in Special:WikiFeatures (but you've already turned it off for team-quatre-knights). You may also have set it for yourself in your user preferences under Editing → Preferred Editor.
Even if it's turned on, you can use the Edit button's drop-down menu to select "Classic editor."

If you disable it you'll automatically use the classic editor when you click on edit. if you don't disable it you'll automatically use the new visual editor, that's the only difference. Don't forget many users prefer the old one :)

Please go to Special:Admin on your own wiki, then you go to the admin dashboard.
Guys I'm in my wiki, but instead of the button Enabled, appears a button saying "Give Feedback", wait I do!
