For my the Wiki I'm making, part of it relies heavily on making tables. For an example, I'm making a page template for a Stance (skill) in the game. I want to have the picture of the skill icon, the level it's learned at, the skill name, what it costs to use / casting time / cooldown time, etc etc. and all that good stuff.
The problem comes in when different skills use different amounts of items, or maybe have a longer skill description than another, or anything. It causes the table to stretch in annoying ways just to have enough room to fit everything. Is there a way to make a table just make the table a certain size from the start, and not have the internal cells be pushed around when some info is longer/wider than another cell?

If you look at that page, and go to Edit, you'll see how I've made another table inside the main table. That inner-table takes up way more space than it needs to... And the only way to equal out the space in the other cells, is to enter data into it to automatically re-adjust the main table's cell sizes.
How do I stop the Table from automatically resizing depending on what data is enter?
- Also: You can see how the unused cells of the table are automatically pushed up and minimized since there is no data in them. How do I make them just stay normal size when there isn't any data? That's part of the auto-resizing that I want to get rid of as well...
